Deposits & Cancellations
A deposit of one night, or 40%, for stays of 3 nights or more, is required to confirm reservations. Late arrival or early departure will result in forfeiture of this deposit, unless accommodations can be resold for the entire period.
Refunds, less a $50.00 handling charge, will be issued if cancellation notice is received two weeks before your scheduled arrival date.
Reservations guaranteed by credit card are subject to the same terms and conditions as a cash deposit. We reserve the right to process the account number provided for the amount specified above.
